Assistance needed by the client

To the client there are always options but perhaps no clear direction as to the right solution. Doctus professionals will first conduct a commercial review at no charge to the client.

From that review we will recommend the best course of action supported by our Management assessment and Project plan.

Together we will determine the assistance most appropriate and we can offer Interim, Turnaround or Consulting solutions.

The first phase; a commercial review

The commercial review is aimed at deciding the best assistance needed by the client. This is primarily driven by two factors;

Understanding the issues, if a high understanding is required then the solution are likely to require significant skills in change management and counselling
Change Management experience, where significant levels of skills are required the solution will be more Consulting than either hands on interim or Turnaround
